You really just need a pair of comfortable, supportive running shoes. Everything else is optional. Coaching can also help guide you toward gear choices if you’re unsure where to start, but there’s no need to buy fancy gadgets or expensive apparel.

Virtual coaching means your plan is delivered and managed online, so it fits around your schedule—not someone else’s. You’ll receive a personalized plan, regular check-ins, and direct communication with your coach through email, voice memos, or messages. It’s flexible, accessible, and tailored to real life.
💬 “How do we stay in touch during coaching?”
Depending on your plan, you’ll check in weekly or monthly through voice memos, messages, or email. You can ask questions, get feedback, and share your progress—without needing to schedule calls or fit into a rigid coaching window.
🧠 “What if I miss a run?”
No problem. Life happens, and your plan can be adjusted. Missing a run doesn’t mean you’ve failed—it just means we adapt and move forward. Coaching supports consistency over perfection.

Yes. Coaching can support your movement goals whether you’re focused on running for health, strength, or confidence. If you’re using semaglutide or a similar medication, your coach will help you build a realistic plan that supports your energy levels, prioritizes strength, and promotes recovery.

Everything from walk/run beginners and 5K training to half marathons, full marathons, and simply rebuilding a consistent routine. Whether or not you’re training for a race, the coaching adapts to your current focus and long-term goals.
💰 “What does coaching cost?”
There are three plan options:
- Starter ($25/week) – Monthly check-in and plan
- Accountability ($43/week) – Weekly check-ins and adjustments
- VIP Race Training ($62/week) – Full support, strategy, and recovery
You choose what fits your budget and support needs.
⏱ “Do I have to commit long-term?”
No long-term contracts here—but I do ask for a 4-week minimum commitment when starting out.
Why? Because it takes time to build momentum, see progress, and get comfortable with your routine.
After those first 4 weeks, coaching continues on a week-to-week basis, and you’re free to pause, adjust, or cancel whenever you need to.
The goal is progress, not pressure—and coaching is here to support that on your terms.
